Our Sales Office is available for the 12 chicory producers who are shareholders in
our firm. Through this entity, SANTERLEG sells 34 000 tonnes of chicory, red chicory,
the latest item: young chicory leaves called ‘‘MIDINETTE’’ and 10 000 tonnes of
potatoes for the industry.
Furthermore, we have developed, on the clients’ request, a range of fruits and
vegetables specifically grown in the Nord Region of France:
